What is DeMolay?

DeMolay is an INTERNATIONAL! youth organization for young men, typically aged 12 to 21, that focuses on developing leadership skills, personal responsibility, and community service. It was founded in 1919 by Frank S. Land in Kansas City, Missouri. The organization is named after Jacques DeMolay, the last Grand Master of the Knights Templar, who is remembered for his loyalty and integrity. By that example young men learn integrity and take pride in their work in the Order of DeMolay.
